Anna A. Sharpe
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Anna holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Alabama and leads efforts in business development, client onboarding, and contract implementation. As the primary point of contact for clients, she ensures seamless service delivery and lasting partnerships through strategic engagement and operational oversight.
Anna is an active leader in the Alabama chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, currently serving on the Board as Sponsorship Chair. She earned her CPAR certification in 2014. In 2024, Anna was honored with the Chapter’s President’s Award for exemplary service and received the Follmer Bronze Merit Award for sustained contributions. That same year, she was selected by ACA International for its inaugural Emerging Leaders Cohort, a national program recognizing rising professionals in the accounts receivable and credit management industries.
Anna Lisa Tessier
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Anna Lisa is a graduate of Spring Hill College and holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University. She has been with Armstrong and Associates for over 12 years, overseeing vendor relations, managing support staff, and directing daily operations. Her role focuses on operational efficiency, system functionality, and strong vendor partnerships.
As the primary liaison for vendors, Anna Lisa ensures timely receipt and processing of files while providing guidance to support staff to maintain smooth account progression through all stages of the collection process. She conducts detailed data reviews to identify workflow improvements, verify timely task completion, and ensure accounts are actively managed and resolved. By maintaining system reliability, addressing operational challenges proactively, and fostering accountability, Anna Lisa ensures that client expectations and internal performance standards are consistently met.
Outside of work, she is actively involved with Make-A-Wish Alabama, where she helps raise funds annually to support the organization’s mission
Tiara J. DiSerafino
COLLECTIONS MANAGER
Upon joining Armstrong and Associates, Tiara’s role was that of Compliance Q/A Manager. She later accepted the responsibilities and title of Collections Manager.
Prior to joining Armstrong and Associates, Tiara was Customer Service Director for a debt relief agency where she acquired over 10 years of management experience in the Customer Service industry. Tiara has a strong understanding of environmental logistics coupled with uncommon communication skills and has provided a high level of customer and employee satisfaction. Tiara studied Graphic Design and CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) at University West Florida from 2001-2003.
Nikki Leland-Battiste
QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST
Nikki provides support to the Collections Manager and overall guidance and stability to the collections department with a special emphasis on the Client Specialists and A-Team.
Nikki is cross trained in multiple departments within Armstrong & Associates. Nikki has a Never Quit Attitude and pushes her Team Members to share this view. Nikki studied Business Administration at Southeast College of Technology in Mobile, Alabama.
Gwendolyn Guy
LEGAL SUPERVISOR
Gwendolyn has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Dallas Baptist University. Her focus is coaching and developing team members. She is inspired each day with new opportunities to grow and assist others. She employs a wealth of knowledge from previous management positions with Xerox, Hertz, and Check into Cash to assist her to work through problems daily to reach a suitable solution.
She is a member of Nazaree Full Gospel Church and her hobbies include reading, watching TCM movies, playing video games, and baking. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her four-year-old great niece.
